- Define the true beauty.
True beauty is being humble and down to earth. For me no matter how high you fly always be grounded because that defines you and being easily approachable and helping people in need defines the beauty of your heart. External beauty is always transient but inner beauty always sustains. Beauty fades one day beautiful heart blossoms every day.
- What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
Relationship is very important in life; my parents are my utmost priority and my son and husband whom I owe my life. For me healthy family is having respect and gratitude towards each other and having liberty to voice yourself and being given opportunity to be independent, boosting each other’s confidence and raising children with right values, all these things make a way for happiness in family which indeed completes us and of course eating right and regularly exercising also promotes healthy living and happy family.
Every relationship is important be it personal or professional I want to have healthy atmosphere at home or work place or with friends!!
I give importance to every person in my life be it my boss to my maid all make my life happy.
I make sure that i have no personal grudges with anyone and want peace in life.

- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
Many to name but which disturbs me a lot is poverty, for me no matter how much high Indian economy goes everything is a failure if children of my country sleep hungry or dying of hunger. Like to focus on women safety as well women should walk fearlessly, work independently and head held high with equality. Hope to see this day soon.
- The Quote or saying that encourages you?
I am a regular follower of Mark twain, Swami Vivekananda and Sadguru sayings, there are many quotes that keeps me motivating but one quote of stephenhawkings is always inspirational for me and it keeps me going it says “However difficult life may seem there is always something you can do, and succeed. It matters that you just don't give up”.
- What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
Being selfless and understanding the fact that there is always someone better than you and carrying yourself with ease and being grounded even after losing is true sportsmanship. Winning is not important but wanting to win attitude should always be within us so that it makes us work hard towards achieving our goal.
