- A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own personality and persona.
Hello to everyone! I am Sayali Surve, 24 years old. Born in Mumbai, brought up in Pune. I have completed my master’s in aviation. I am an emotional person, when it comes to people and relationships though at times, I feel, I should be more practical....but that’s how I am. I am a person driven by Passion. I strongly believe that hardship and commitment are the prime keys of success. I put my 100% to discover things which I wish to, while on the other hand, no one can force me to do things which I don’t wish to. I am a proud mother of one-year old Son, Aariz, who is the Prince charming of my life. My family has been my strongest support system and they are my strength. They have always supported me in each decision of achieving, what I wish to achieve. They made all efforts to guide me with the right path in life. I have been associated with Spherule Foundation on a prime issue, that is Menstrual Hygiene, as I feel every woman should live a healthy life which we all deserve.
- Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
I strongly believe that what makes you identified are your achievements. Achievements gives you confidence, courage, to take further big challenges and when you get succeed in your endeavor with accomplishments, you really feel high for yourself. For me, being a woman is also an achievement, as she is blessed with multiple roles in one life and each role has its own importance and existence on this earth. She is a representative of God, who has assigned her to be a “Creator” of another human being. I feel, getting birth of human being is itself a great blessing of all mighty. So, it’s our prime responsibility to make this life meaningful for ourselves as well as others around us. Having said that, being a human creature we should have a precise aim, ambition along with right approach, attitude to drive our goal, with our hard work and sincere efforts.....However, the efforts are being rewarded, only when you have Achievemen
- Define the true beauty.
I trust that a true beauty is not the outer beauty, but it’s an inner beauty, with a big heart having fulfilled with lots of love, loyalty, kindness, care and concerns. Having a beautiful Soul means being real beautiful. Your humbleness, boldness, softness makes you a dashing personality, that creates positive sphere around you and makes you look beautiful in real sense.
- What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
A family for me is all about Love, Respect, Commitment, Honesty and a Strong Bonding within. These qualities define a happy family and lead to successful relationship. Where words need not express emotions and feelings are understood by actions in the family, is a happy family. Where each one is involved in everyone’s joy and sorrow, success and failure, is a happy family. For me, Happy Family is a destination where each member of the family is enabled with the basic fulfillment and needs, enjoying the peace of mind, empowered to fly high with their own ambitions, with the helpful hands of their own people while discovering Self and this world.
- What is your favorite Idea of Holidaying?
My favorite idea of holidaying is, spending time with my family with sharing love and happiness. Having fun and kidding with my little prince, is more amazing than any other Holiday Plan. However, for a change and relaxation, outing somewhere and enjoying with family and having pleasure within the god gifted nature is also a favorite idea of Holidaying.
- Why you are participating in Mrs India Earth?
It has always been a passion to wear this “Crown”! It was my dream to form my existence on such a respectful platform through this channel. Also, it gives an opportunity... - To celebrate womanhood, - To voice our opinion, - Be an example for the rest of woman crowd to explore out of box thinking and dare to dream differently.
- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
The Injustice happening today with female crowd is what bothering me a lot. A mental, physical and emotional abuse that a girl has to go through in today’s so called modern and advanced Society. There is still a zero safeguard to her physical and emotional existence, irrespectively in an urban or rural environment. This has to stop and unless she herself, is not making voice for her self-respect, self-esteem, no one can ideally help her to keep herself safe and precious.
- The quote or saying that encourages you.
I firmly believe in three things, which are famous quotes, which are in a way interlinked....... - Everything Happens For A Reason. - Here where we live is a God’s creation as not a single leaf could fall without his permission. - The show must go on. So, trust God and keep faith in yourself. Whatever happens in life, is either a blessing or a lesson. Keep going with positive and pure soul, as the life is a One-Way Track, there is no U-Turn. Whatever left behind is Past, keep moving is Present and creating path while moving ahead is Future. Great learning for me is – Making Choice Is What Decides Your Destiny....We should always be cautious while making choices to have an admirable life.
- What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
Failure is the first step to success. Never quitting is what a true sportsmanship to me. No matter how hard life becomes, you have to keep walking finding the right pathway, without repeating same mistakes, for getting better results ahead.
- If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
I would be the happiest person if that happens, as I am personally willing to work on the initiative of Menstrual Hygiene and contribute towards the noble cause. I wish to spread smile on the faces of underprivileged children by helping them with the education and basic needs to make their lives better. I wish to help my women friends in the process of discovering themselves to lead an independent life.
