Over the years, we have been conditioned to believe the unrealistic standards of beauty depicted in the media. The pressure to look 'good' has distorted the perception of beauty for a lot of us. It is important to realise that the true essence of beauty lies within each one of us. The external appearance is meaningless, if we are not happy with ourselves. True beauty lies in the little things that we do when we are happy. Every happy being is a beautiful being!
I believe women are naturally blessed with many opportunities to radiate their inner beauty. Our bodies are beautiful because we have the power to create life. Our strength is our beauty. Our unconditional love is what enriches the lives of those around us. We have the ability to make a positive difference even in the toughest situations, and that is beauty!
