Finalist Detail 2018

Mrs. M Z Kature

  • Pune
  • A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
  • I am a confident, compassionate, composed person full of gratitude who loves to celebrate every essence of life from being a career women, to being an avid biker, being a daughter, a wife, a sister, and most importantly being a mother. I hold a dual Master’s Degree in Business Management and have been working in the corporate sector from over 12 years in the field of Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and Training & Development. I currently work independently as a Corporate Training Consultant; and I love my job as it gives me ample time to spend with my family and myself. Blessed with an amazing family, where my husband and my 7 year old son have always been my strongest supporters in all the decision that I have made. I love taking new challenges and learning ample from them. I am a very happy go Lucky kind of a person who loves to cook and dance and lives life to the fullest, and firmly believes that life gives you surprises all the time and you should always keep your arms open for them so that you don’t miss on any opportunity in making your life beautiful.

  • Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
  • As it is rightly said that 'Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort’, I have always cherished the smallest achievement that I had. From getting awarded as the Best Creative Student while I was doing  my Masters to being rewarded as a National Service Champion by my organization, professionally. While getting engrossed in our personal and professional lives, sometimes we women forget to take care of ourselves and forget what our true identity is. I happen to go through this phase a while back and I take that one as one of my greatest achievements when I rediscovered myself and started to take care of myself, dressing up well, hitting the gym and loosing over 20 kgs. But my greatest achievement that I would say is when I decided to quit my job and work independently. A lot of negativity surrounded saying, how will you do it, you are a women and you would need a supporting hand, you won’t be able to do it alone etc etc. But today, my success speaks my achievements.

  • Define the true beauty.
  • Beauty is something that is not limited to the physical appearance, it is the essence that comes from within.  In my opinion, true beauty resides in that person who is compassionate, has a wonderful soul, is full of gratitude and always spreads happiness. It is the spark one has within and shines in his/her persona. Physical beauty may subside as time passes by, but a beautiful soul never dies and is remembered for ages.

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • I am totally blessed to have a very big and a wonderful family which is an apt example of the same. According to me a family which has moral values, stays together, shows love and respect for everyone, stands together in every ups and downs is a complete, healthy and happy family. A true family is the one who not only shares happiness, success, achievements, but also shares failure, sadness and bad times.

  • What is your favorite Idea of Holidaying?
  • Whenever I say that we are going for a holiday, the first thought that comes to my mind is who all are we taking along. I have never thought of a holiday without my family and my loved ones. My favorite way of holidaying has been with my family and friends having a gala time together, with lots of music, dance, chit chats and laughter. Sometimes we have even been on unplanned trips, but then those have turned out the best ones. When you are surrounded with your loved ones and the time you are spending is the best one, then probably place does not matter, what matters is that how happy we are being together.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs. India Earth ?
  • I was encouraged to participate in this contest due to its uniqueness. It did not came across to me as a regular beauty contest, but a beauty contest with a purpose. What I liked about it, is that this pageant even nominates a 'Charity Ambassador', so not only it celebrates the essence of womanhood but also works towards the betterment of society. I feel privileged and honored to be associated with Mrs. India Earth, which gives me ample opportunities to shine and inspire. As it is rightly said 'that participate in a beauty pageant not to become a model, but to become a Role Model' and I believe that Mrs. India Earth is the best platform to help me achieve this.

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • Our country is one of the diverse Nations and I am truly proud to be an Indian. Our country truly imbibes in me the cultures, the values and the traditions. But what seriously bothers me today, is the series of molestation and increasing rape cases. It is such a proud feeling when  to say  that you are a citizen of that country which is considered to be one of the fasted developing nations, but on the other hand, it is such a shame that you reside in the same country which has a very high rape & molestation cases. Especially when you come across such cases where the victims age is as less as few months. What is more disheartening is that in most cases, crime is done by none other than but a family member or a close relative. Here we are conducting campaigns making children/women aware about how to handle when they are stuck in such situation; but it is high time that we better start campaigns and workshops and trainings for men’s on how to behave and respect children and women.

  • The Quote or saying that encourages you?
  • There were few lines said by Mr. Winston Churchill, which have always encouraged me to try new challenges, without thinking about whether I will succeed or not. But has always given me a sense of satisfaction that I at least tried and never gave up. The quote says “Success is not final, failure is not fatal; It is the courage and confidence to continue that counts”.

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • For me, true Sportsmanship is one of the characteristics that an individual possess, where he/she plays fair, sticking together with the fellow mates and also gives a fair chance to everyone in the team to shine and show their potential. A true sportsman will also shows a great respect towards the opponent and will never consider them weak. A person with true sportsmanship will always follow ethics, and play with principles and values, where participation with true sprit will be more important than winning or losing.

  • If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • I have never got an opportunity to be associated with any charity organization or an NGO till now, but I have always donated old good clothes and my son’s books to underprivileged. It was last year when me and my husband decided, that instead of spending a lot of money celebrating our son’s birthday, we would donate some books and stationary to the nearby orphanage. This was actually a school for the children who were underprivileged and were disowned by their parents as they were physically not normal and their parents were not able to fulfill their basic needs. It was quite disheartening to see the children living their lives on their own. If given a chance, and if I am nominated as the Charity Ambassador, this platform will give me an ample opportunity to reach out to many people, spreading awareness that there would be such children in their cities, who are underprivileged and are not as blessed as us physically and need our help in just getting basic amenities. Since I would be connecting with a lot of people during my association with Mrs. India Earth, I would definitely urge them to contribute as much as they can in every possible way for these underprivileged specially abled children.
