  • I am an independent woman who believes in integrity and self-belief. Internal happiness within our souls is as equally important as an external appearance. Being healthy is the Mantra of my life. Strong believer of practice of Ayurveda and Yoga.

  • Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
  • I am an Ayurvedic doctor/ consultant by profession. During my consulting sessions with people, I always focus on “Living peaceful and healthy’ life by not making drastic changes in their routines. I have seen positive changes in the lives of my patients and I feel proud to see those smiles on their faces. The simple lessons of Ayurveda and Yoga has changed many lives and it gives me inspiration to keep going on!

  • Define the true beauty.
  • Perfect blend of Five elements i.e. Akash, Vayu, Prithvi, Jal and Agni with our 5 senses is the true Beauty. The world will look beautiful if you sense this beauty within yourself!

  • What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
  • Being together as a family is a lifetime process. This process comprises of amazing mix of feelings and emotions of happiness, sadness, laughter and many more. For me, along with sharing & caring for each other its always important being strong during challenging moments. Open discussions, implementing right values in Children’s lives is the Mantra of healthy family. You need to love and be loved to keep it healthier!

  • What is your favorite Idea of Holidaying?
  • For me, Holidaying is always cutting off from routine life. I love to explore new countries as I love to explore new culture, people, food. It’s always a combination of my personal time with myself and family. There are always takeaways to cherish these special moments in life.

  • Why you are participating in Mrs India Earth?
  • The whole and sole inspiration to contest for this competition is, my six-year-old beautiful daughter, Advika! She always believes in me and wants me to make it big. She made me believe that I can go for this and surely will come up as a Winner!

  • What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
  • Woman’s security is the most concerning issue that bothers me the most when it comes to current developments in India. Whether it’s a metro or village, woman is not 100% safe. Government of India is putting real genuine efforts for girls’ education and their future. Awareness about such facilities and schemes within the beneficiary groups is also an important issue to look upon.

  • ‘The Impossible Dream’ by Andy Williams. "To Dream the impossible dream.. To Fight the unbeatable for.. To Bear with unbearable sorrow.. To run where the brave dare not go!!

  • What is true “Sportsmanship” for you?
  • Sportsmanship is always about giving your best shot to win. It’s a continuous process of self-learning and never giving up. Sportsmanship is also about appreciating the efforts, qualities of our competition and take away best out of it so that it will help us to excel.

  • If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
  • Now-a-days, right from youngsters to elders, people are getting into the zone of depression and loneliness. With my knowledge of Ayurveda and Yoga, I would love to help them to live healthy life fulfilled with happiness and peacefulness. My skillset of ayurvedic consulting will surely help people who suffer disease related heart, depression, loneliness, as I always believe in the Mantra of ‘Staying healthy by following simple pleasures of Life’!
