We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty.

Staying healthy is a journey and not a destination in its true sense. If you are in good health then you can enjoy beauty, environment, wellness, fashion, lifestyle, travel etc. and everything that life has to offer. Health is a very important factor which enables us to live and explore life to the fullest. 

Today's standard of living, job conditions, working hours, eating habits, kind of food ,stress and lack of physical activity has taken a toll on our health.

Regular exercise is a must for maintaining health as there’s NO GAIN WITHOUT PAIN. At the same time, WE ARE WHAT WE EAT. Attention needs to be given to our daily diet as well which should be equally well balanced. A healthy mind and body is the key to happiness. 

I started fitness training a year back, took a pledge, got into the groove and followed a strict diet plan. There was no looking back. Exercise and diet go hand in hand and shall stay with me forever from now on.

ROME WAS NOT BUILT IN A DAY, and to achieve the desired result, there are NO SHORTCUTS. To reach there, one must keep a goal, implement it with discipline, patience, sincerity, commitment as hard work definitely pays off.

We all invest; toil day and night to secure our future financially. Similarly investing in our own health will give us better rewards as we age.

We are responsible for our own health. Rather than facing the ill effects later on, it is better to be cautious now as Prevention is definitely better than cure. 

So eat right, exercise, stay healthy and live a good life....Cheers..!!!
