- A Brief about yourself and how you describe your own Personality and Persona.
A Technology Consultant with Deloitte USI, I hail from the Queen of Hills 'Shimla’. I am an optimist by nature, strong willed, affectionate and a compassionate person at heart. Being an avid traveler I like to explore different countries and cultures. An ardent animal and nature lover I try to contribute as much as possible and aim to make a difference to the society in whatever little way I can. I like to keep things simple, candid and reckon that nothing is impossible if one believes in the beauty of their dreams. I try to maintain a balance while managing different roles in my life, trying to be the best version of myself at the same time and aspire to live all my dreams. I believe that one is born to be real not perfect and that one should wear ones scars as their medals because it’s their experiences whether good or bad that makes one the person he is today.
- Your Achievements that makes you feel high.
Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement and therefore nothing can be done without hope and confidence. If one has a positive attitude in life then that person is a definite winner be it any sphere of his life. From being a meritorious student and topper in school to being selected as the Vice Head Girl or winning those flower arrangements, debate and elocution competitions, I always felt that every time I made my parents proud it was an achievement for me. I completed my engineering with flying colors and bagged a great job with a prestigious MNC and then there was no looking back. As a woman I feel proud to have come so far in life and have unfaltering faith in how far I can go. Being blessed with a great family, doting husband, two loving dogs and a promising career I make sure that I provide them with all my undying support which in turn can help them achieve their dreams. To me achievement is all the small things that make my people happy.
- Define the true beauty.
True beauty lies in the purity of the heart and by being unapologetically oneself. It’s how you are as a person and how you make others feel about themselves. One should be comfortable in her perfect imperfection as that is the true essence of being a beautiful woman. The true beauty of a woman is reflected in her soul, attitude, behavior, character, confidence, passion and her charisma. #BeYou
- What makes a complete, healthy and happy family for you?
A complete, healthy and happy family for me is where the family acts as a support system for every member. It’s about being there for each other through thick and thin. We all might grow and move in different directions but yet our roots remain the same. A healthy family is one where every individual’s opinion matters, everyone can talk their hearts out, forgive each other and still love each other unconditionally. Also, ethics and values are inculcated in the children and elders are respected.
- What is your favourite Idea of Holidaying?
My perfect idea of holidaying is travelling with my family, friends, pets and loved ones. It does not matter where I am as long as I am having a great time with my near and dear ones. I make sure whenever I travel I make new friends as well and love to learn about their culture, cuisines, heritage and get an insight into their lives.
- Why you are participating in Mrs India Earth?
Mrs. India Earth is a great platform where it’s just not about being beautiful but about being a beauty with a purpose. It’s a platform where “The Queen†can voice her opinions, raise concerns and spread awareness .It celebrates womanhood and gives us ample number of opportunities to make our contribution to the society.It was always my dream to be a part of a pageant where I can make a difference to the society and make my contribution to women empowerment, child education and animal welfare.
- What bothers you most about what is happening in the country today?
An empowered woman is powerful beyond measure and beautiful beyond description. Although our country has been progressing at a good pace but I believe women education is still in a deplorable condition. It is said that if we educate a man he will educate another but if we educate a woman an entire generation gets educated. If given an opportunity I would definitely like to contribute to women education and thus women empowerment. Other alarming issues that require our attention and contribution are child labour, domestic violence, female foeticide ,animal welfare and global warming to which I would like to make a significant contribution.

“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only wallsâ€. Always follow your passion and if you have still not started following it then take your first step towards it as the journey of a thousand miles begins with one right step and when your vocation becomes your vacation then one can move mountains and reach the zenith of success!!
- What is true “Sportsmanship†for you?
True Sportsmanship is not caring about losing or winning but about performing fairly ,playing with the right spirit and giving your hundred percent .One should have the heart to accept defeat and believe your opponent is as worthy as you. Keeping in mind that at the end of the day the most deserving wins and accept the same with dignity.
- If you were selected as a Charity Ambassador what Value addition would you like to make for our Society and how?
If I am selected as the Charity Ambassador I would love to work to educate the women who are deprived from basic rights like Right to Education and the youth of our country who have strayed from the right path and have involved themselves into substance abuse .I believe giving them the right support and education can lead to women and youth empowerment and in turn help our country progress.I would also like to stop cruelty towards animals by raising my voice against animal testing .Also, our environment is in a lamentable condition and would not be able to sustain life if things are not taken care of so I would like to help my environment by organizing plantation drives and take measures to reduce pollution and global warming . I would spread the message of Love and Let Live !!
